We are currently seeking a Senior Product Design Engineer with design skills and extensive SOLIDWORKS experience for work at our client's manufacturing site producing aluminium metal product drawings to comply with current ISO standards.You will work closely with the manufacturing and production team providing bespoke aluminium product solutions to architectural and building sector clients.
 
You are confident in your communication skills and enjoy:

• Working with clients and suppliers for product development and component improvements 
• Guiding and mentoring other engineers and production team members

 The successful applicant will have the following:

• Mechanical Engineering Qualifications
• 5 years' industrial/mechanical drafting experience
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS CAD system
• Ability in design and detailing for manufacturing and fabrication
• High level of initiative and problem solving skills
