About the Role
  
As our Senior SEO Specialist, you will take ownership of SEO strategy and execution across all digital properties, ensuring our website ranks for high-intent keywords while maintaining best-in-class site performance and compliance with Google’s latest algorithm updates.
This role requires hands-on experience with advanced SEO tools, technical SEO expertise, and a data-driven approach to achieving organic growth. This role requires deep expertise in SEO strategy, on-page and technical SEO, content optimisation, and analytics tracking to maximise organic traffic and conversions.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to dominate organic search.
• Conduct keyword research & content optimisation using SurferSEO, Frase.io, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Track and analyze keyword rankings, CTRs, and user behaviour to improve content performance.
• Optimise landing pages for conversions and search rankings using data-driven A/B testing.

  
On-Page & Content SEO

• Optimise all pages for Core Web Vitals, meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Ensure SEO-optimised copywriting with high search intent and conversational AI-powered content enhancements.
• Use Google Schema Markup Generator for structured data (FAQ, Reviews, Services).
• Collaborate with content writers to build topic clusters and authority-driven content hubs.

  
Technical SEO & Performance Optimisation

• Conduct regular SEO audits using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Optimise site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability to improve search performance.
• Implement SEO-friendly URL structures, redirects, and canonical tags.
• Set up and manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and hreflang implementation for international SEO.

  
Analytics & Tracking

• Set up and optimise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for user tracking and conversions.
• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and scripts.
• Monitor SEO performance through Google Search Console & Google Lighthouse.
• Use Google Optimise for A/B testing of landing pages and call-to-actions.

  
Link Building & Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality backlinks and analyse domain authority growth.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify link-building opportunities.
• Optimise Google My Business (GMB) and local SEO factors for location-based searches.

  
AI-Driven SEO & Content Optimisation

• Utilise AI-powered tools (SurferSEO, Frase.io, Clearscope) for content optimisation.
• Implement automated SEO monitoring and ranking tracking solutions.

  
Required Skills & Experience
  
SEO Expertise (3+ years)

• Proven experience leading SEO strategy and execution for high-traffic websites.
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Mastery of Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and Google Optimise.
• Experience with SEO automation & AI-powered content optimisation.

  
Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Strong skills in data analysis, keyword tracking, and SEO performance optimisation.
• Experience using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO.
• Ability to A/B test and optimise landing pages for conversions.

  
Technical SEO & Web Performance

• Expertise in Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.
• Experience implementing SEO-friendly JavaScript and Webflow optimisations.
• Strong understanding of schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt management.

  
Content Optimisation & Strategy

• Experience with SEO content frameworks, topic clustering, and content silos.
• Ability to write and optimise SEO-friendly content using AI-powered tools.
• Familiarity with SurferSEO, Frase.io, and Clearscope for AI-driven content optimisation.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  

• Knowledge of programmatic SEO & AI-driven automation tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and PPC landing page optimisation.
