ABOUT THE ROLE

As the SeniorProject Manager , you will be required to manage multiple one-off projects and retainers for a variety of clients across digital, print, creative, marketing, and broadcast.

You must be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects. You must also be proficient in the use of project management software to plan, track and measure our work. You will report directly to the COO with joint reporting lines to the CEO.


In more depth, you’ll be responsible for:

• Planning digital projects from conception through to final delivery
• Empowering the junior integrated producers to deliver to the highest of standards
• Build and Scale the Project Management value stack (Processes, People and Technology) to drive bottom line growth
• Acting as the key contact for account service and clients whilst forming strong relationships with them
• Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
• Identifying, documenting and managing risks across a range of projects and programs of work
• Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
• Regularly updating key internal stakeholders on project status
• Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met and a high standard for customer service and quality delivery
• Effectively utilise project management and timekeeping tools
• Maintain strong knowledge of digital development technologies, including expertise in quality assurance processes
• Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost
• implications, changes to budget and spending
• Analysing data to produce reports for client projects,
• Translate technical ideas into simple and easy to understand concepts for team resources
• Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement
• Working as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Minimum 7 years of previous project management experience
• Experience across the different aspects of digital project delivery such as websites, landing pages, various CMS and ESP platforms and all-round nous of digital production and management tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and additional project management tools (Jira, TeamworkPM, Asana, etc.. )
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use initiative to make decisions strategically & analytically
• Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently to complete priority tasks which may have competing deadlines
• Be proactive in providing management with ideas & solutions to workflow processes
• Take ownership of the work, with a positive, can-do attitude
• Mentor team members to encourage high team engagement and output
• You will be a strong leader who is highly organised and able to build a good rapport with clients
