About the Role We are looking for an experienced, passionate Call Centre - Outbound Lead Generators who will be responsible for owning their own sales targets, and assisting with enquiries.
We have already done the hard work for you as we have implemented the latest in phone technology, data insights, dashboard reporting, CRM systems and sentiment analysis to assist you in reaching your goals.

If you have little or no experience in Real Estate (Certificate of Registration ideal), we will teach you everything you need to know from the ground up. Your working background is of less importance to us than your
'character'. People have come into Real Estate from all sorts of experience.
You will actively manage calling activities to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed.
Using our advanced Business Intelligence dashboards, you will provide accurate, timely and meaningful reporting to your team and management and drive results through deep understanding of KPI's and results driven workflows.
Your Skills A strong understanding of Contact Centre metrics is
essential for your success in this role. You will have demonstrable knowledge in using BI tools, advanced call analytics, CRM and Lead funnel management and database segmentation coupled with a minimum 3 years in a similar role.
