With their head office based in Melbourne, they are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, hunter - salesperson to join their high performing Head Office team due to exceptional growth.
    
The role
  
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a great team culture. It is an exciting time to join with so much going on in their marketing strategies.

• Development and execution of all digital marketing strategies
• Manage all aspects of social media and online marketing
• Management and updating of Website (desirable but not essential)
• Create and manage EDMs (electronic digital mailouts)
• Create promotional materials including marketing flyers & POS
• Maintain Google business presence

  
About you:

• Previous experience in a similar marketing role
• Familiarity with social media, EDM marketing and SEO
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products and tools to create marketing content such as Canva
• Good attention to detail and self-motivated
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and a desire to influence strategic decision making
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to work to meet tight deadlines whilst managing competing priorities
• Highly desirable behaviours – High Performing, Resilience, Willingness to learn, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Authentic; Accountable, Caring and quality driven.
