About Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm dedicated to excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous growth. They are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to oversee their business operations and contribute to their strategic vision.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Operations Management: Oversee law office business operations, including establishing the law firm structure, communicating, and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve overall company goals.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to strengthen the legal team.
• Performance Evaluation: Ensure that the firm is achieving its short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement.
• Financial Strategy: Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results.
• Business Development: Build the firm’s credibility, business development, and public relations opportunities by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
• Legal Practice: Represent and grow your caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Valid state license to practice law
• Extensive experience in law firm operations and management
• Proven track record of successful recruitment, training, and development of legal professionals
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to handle complex cases and maintain a high standard of legal practice
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to client satisfaction and a service-minded approach
