Background We are seeking a administrative all-rounder to join our customer service team, ensuring our commitment towards offering the highest quality of service. Working closely with our experienced service team, you will be responsible for:
Answering initial customer enquiries and triage calls to the appropriate support team member
Answering general customer enquiries via phone and email
Logging tickets to the support team via the CRM system (Zendesk) with detailed and accurate information
Focused on providing a positive experience in all customer interactions across all communication channels
Assisting the extend team with project tasks as required
Providing role support during staff absences and leave
Assisting with day to day administration duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Selection Criteria To be considered, you will have the following attributes and experience for this role:
Previous experience in a call centre role or busy customer service environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High level of experience in Zendesk (or similar CRM support software) and Microsoft Office suite
