THE COMPANY
Located in Doncaster, our client is an extremely well-regarded firm providing specialist company formation services to accounting and legal firms, acorporate boutique legal firm, offering adjunct services to the same demographic. Our target marketis principally accounting firms who provide end user clients with professional advice on company formation, the establishment of trusts and other business structures. You will be contacting andworking with accountants, tax planners, financial advisors, lawyers and the like.
THE CENTRAL TASK
The major elements of the role will revolve around brainstorming, refining, designing and then implementing robust processes that form a solid base for:
measuring client satisfaction
making new client contacts and growing the network of prospects
helping and encouraging peers in the business to build and harvest their own network ofcontacts
understanding competitor activity and market approaches
creating a strong "voice of the customer & quote within the organisation.We see the achievement of the above will require the incumbent to:-
create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improveincoming sales interactions;
train our client-facing team in best practices for handling sales enquiries by telephone andemail
use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our sales numbers
create positive and lasting relationships with our clients
provide feedback to management from existing clients and targets
set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterwards
THE PERSON WE NEED
You will have had an active and demonstrably successful career in a hands-on sales role. You maywell have TAFE or tertiary qualifications. You will understand the links between marketing activitiesand the growth strategy of the firm. Although you must be an adept business to businesscommunicator, you will know that marketing is more than newsletters and websites, involvingnetworking and one-on-one contact.You will understand how to encourage other professionals and your peers to build networks ofcontacts that can be proactively harvested to help the business grow.You may be returning to the workforce after family leave or you may be transitioning from a majorcorporate role to a more relaxed lifestyle. Whatever your background, you will be EXCEPTIONAL.
