ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is suited for someone who has worked as an account representative, customer service and sales assistant, account manager or sales manager and is looking for a new role to hit the ground running. Strong sales ability and relationship building expertise are a must.
Responsibilities: - Respond to all incoming inquiries, via phone, CRM system, Facebook, Zendesk and email in a prompt manner
- As the first point of contact you will be customer focused, providing personalised expertise and pro-actively supporting desired outcomes for our prospective clients and the business
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect our company values at all times
- Maintain sound knowledge of our business product offering, e.g. procedures and patient programmes
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and the ability to converse with a diverse range of people;
- English language and the ability to write at a high standard is essential;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- High attention to detail
- Possess advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, adaptable and flexible
- Administration skills are an advantage;
- Ideally sales experience as well as experience using a CRM
- KPI focused
