You'll need to have

• In-depth understanding of digital production, marketing channels, and platforms, including paid media and SEO.
• Proven experience in digital marketing industry.
• Background in account management or comprehensive project management.
• Have the technical understanding of SEO (strategy, on/off-page): track/analyze SEO performance, lead/implement technical SEO audits, research/take initiatives on new SEO practices.
• Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile optimisation, pretty good with WordPress/Shopify CMS, Magento, Neto &okay with coding languages (CSS,PHP. HTML)
• Have understanding of other digital marketing specialties eg SEM, CRO, CRM and digital advertising.
• Be a great communicator ie excellent spoken/written English.
• Be well-organised ie able to monitor progress and adapt quickly, make quick decisions and set priorities.
• Have the ability to judge among multiple accounts.
• Account Management experience in digital agency is preferred.
