We are on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated person to join our Sydney Business Development team. The role will play a pivotal role in expanding and acquiring new Clients and business opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the General Manager Business Development to develop and execute a business plan focusing on growth within NSW. 
• Lead the charge in market research, networking and relationship building to uncover new business avenues. 
• Drive revenue growth through new initiatives. 
• Lead geographical expansions into new service areas within NSW.

• Confident, friendly, empathetic and works well under pressure. 
• Self-motivated and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. 
• A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with Clients, partners and stakeholders. 
• Full driving licence 

 
Desirable but not essential:

• Registered nurse with 3 years post graduate experience. 
• Knowledge of Aged Care or NDIS funding pathways. 
• Understanding of the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards. 
• Experience in business development and growth initiatives.
