We currently have a number of opportunities for Speech Therapist looking to make a move in 2024. 

With a multi-disciplinary health care service providing speech and occupational therapy services all in the one convenient solution in Sydney. 
  
About the Role
  
To be successful for the position you will have demonstrated experience in the following:

• Apply a high level of professional judgement and knowledge to provide a wide range of speech and language supports to adolescents and adults with a variety of needs;
• Assess the communication and mealtime management abilities of the client utilising a range of assessment techniques and tools;
• Design intervention plans that are holistic, client-centred, and outcome-driven;
• Provide support to and assisting clients, carers, and families with the implementation of intervention plans and programs;
• Develop care plans and writing comprehensive reports based on advanced clinical understanding, application of various clinical assessments, and implementation of appropriate interventions to address prioritised needs;
• Liaise with other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the client;
• Educate family, carers, teachers etc on strategies to improve client’s development and independence.

Qualifications/Registrations

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
• Practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR
• Current driver’s licence and have access to own transport
• Eligible for a Medicare Provider number
• Current and clear National Police Check certificate
• Minimum of 2 years paid experience
• MUST have current work rights in Australia or ability to receive sponsorship.
