Our NDIS provider clients are always looking for kind, dependable support workers who help people live the life they choose.
What the work usually involves

• Supporting participants with daily living and personal care
• Community access, outings and social activities
• Helping with meals, household tasks and appointments
• Supporting participants to build independence and skills
• Writing clear shift notes and following support plans

What our clients look for

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability is preferred
• Driver's licence and a reliable, insured car for most roles
• Patience, respect and a good sense of humour

Pay
Typically $32 to $40 an hour plus super, in line with the SCHADS Award and depending on the client, shift times and qualifications.
