ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a Commercial Construction who will play a key role in overseeing the site management on both current and upcoming developments.


Duties and Resposibilities:

• Manage, drive & co-ordinate subcontractors
• Material procurement on site
• Meet Construction timeline targets & critical paths
• Conduct safety inspections & quality checks
• Have an eye for detail, with the ability to control the on site build process from inception through to completion while maintaining & building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers & office staff
• Identify and manage risk; Assess and escalate areas of concern/ risk when identified
• Evaluate construction methods and determine suitability.
• Liaise and consult with the client to resolve any construction matters that arise

Skills and Experience:

• Sound knowledge of all aspects of construction
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Self-motivation with attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Commercial building systems
• Ability to interpret plans
• People management skills
