Wanted: Resellers Who Can Spot a Good Thing Before Everyone Else Does
Seenyor fall-detection rollout — Australia-wide | Margin-based | Start yesterday
Every year, a frightening number of older Australians have a fall, and then have a second problem: nobody knows about it for hours.
The current fix? A pendant. Which, funnily enough, lives in the top drawer, next to the batteries that don't fit anything and a takeaway menu from 2019. Wearables only work when they're worn — and dignity being what it is, they very often aren't.
Seenyor is the grown-up answer. A non-wearable sensor that quietly watches the room, not the person. No pendant. No button to press. No camera. It detects a fall, alerts the carer, and monitors wellness and activity in the background — doing its job whilst everybody gets on with their lives.
We've got the devices. We've got the market. We've got investors backing hundreds more units.
What we're short of is you.
The gig
We're building a national reseller network for the Seenyor rollout, and we're after people who already have a foot in the door with:
Aged care homes, SDA and SIL providers, NDIS providers, support coordinators and plan managers, allied health, OTs and home-mod specialists, retirement villages and home-care packages.
You introduce, demo and sell. We back you with the kit, the training and the ammunition.
Why you'll actually want this one
- A market with the wind behind it. Australia's ageing population isn't a trend, it's arithmetic. "We've got fall detection in every room" is a very persuasive sentence in a tender document.
- A product that demos itself. Nothing worn, nothing charged, nothing to remember. Watch the eyebrows go up.
- Installation = second helping. Install services sit outside device pricing. That revenue is yours if you want it.
- You're not chucked in the deep end. Onboarding and product training, after-sales support, and marketing materials that don't look like they were made in Word at midnight.
Who we're looking for
- Have the relationships already — managers take your call.
- Can hold a conversation, not just a pitch. This is a safety product for someone's mum. Empathy outsells enthusiasm.
- Self-starting. We'll cheer, support and train — the diary's yours.
- Like proof more than adjectives. Every install is a case study waiting to happen.
- Fancy building something. Early resellers get the pick of the territory. That doesn't come round twice.
Existing business, side hustle, or one-person consultancy with a very good contact book — all welcome. Tech-sales experience lovely, not essential. Caring about the outcome is.
What this isn't
Straight with each other, it saves us both a Tuesday: not a salaried job (you earn on margin) not passive income (devices don't sell themselves from a beach in Bali) not an MLM — you sell devices, you keep the margin, that's the whole model not for anyone who'd pressure-sell a worried family.
How to throw your hat in;
No CV needed, nobody's checking your Year 12 results. Just tell us who you already talk to, your patch, and why this one (personality encouraged). We'll come back with a proper conversation, the full pricing tiers, and a demo so you can see it work with your own eyes. tom@mrpurple.com.au
Seenyor. Because "she's had a fall and we didn't know for six hours" should be a sentence nobody has to say.
