About the Role As a Speech Pathologist, you'll work with participants across the lifespan, supporting children and adults to improve communication, swallowing, social interaction, and overall quality of life.

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values your input and clinical expertise.

Depending on the provider, you'll have the flexibility to work across community, clinic, telehealth, or a combination of all three.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments.
• Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals.
• Deliver evidence-based intervention across a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with families, support workers, educators and allied health professionals.
• Prepare high-quality clinical reports and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and professional development.
• Advocate for participant choice, independence and meaningful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibility.
• Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
