This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to genuinely make a difference in people's lives.
Your Responsibilities

- Develop person-centred treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
- Support participants experiencing a range of mental health, behavioural and psychosocial challenges.
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
- Participate in supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
What You'll Bring - General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for improving people's lives.
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (where community-based).
Why You'll Love Working Here This isn't a workplace where you're simply expected to hit KPIs.
You'll join a provider that believes investing in its people leads to better outcomes for participants.
You'll receive:
✔ Genuine clinical supervision and mentoring.
✔ Professional development opportunities and career pathways.
✔ Flexible working arrangements.
✔ A collaborative multidisciplinary team.
✔ Leadership that values quality over quantity.
✔ Administrative support so you can focus on your participants.
✔ A workplace culture built on trust, respect and continuous improvement.
