A well-established retail travel agency in Western Sydney is looking for a customer-first Travel Consultant to join their local store team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building itineraries, managing bookings end-to-end, and creating repeat clients through great service.
The role

• Consult with walk-in and phone/email clients to tailor domestic and international trips
• Quote, book, ticket, amend and reissue across flights, accommodation, tours, cruises and packages
• Liaise with suppliers, manage confirmations, schedule changes and problem-solve when plans shift
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and booking compliance
• Build a repeat and referral base through follow-up and relationship-led service

What we're looking for

• Previous retail travel consulting experience (highly regarded)
• Strong booking systems and GDS capability (any major system)
• Confident communicator with a sales-through-service approach
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through
• Calm, solutions-focused mindset
