We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Sydney smash repair workshop that’s looking to add an experienced Panel Beater to their team. This is a steady, long-term role for someone who takes pride in quality repairs and wants consistent work with a solid crew.
The role

• Complete high-quality panel repairs across a variety of vehicles
• Assess damage and carry out repairs including straightening, shaping and replacing panels
• Work closely with the wider workshop team to hit timelines and maintain quality standards
• Follow safe work practices and keep your workspace clean and organised

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater (trade qualified preferred)
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, good attitude
• Current driver’s licence (preferred)
