Our client is a Sydney-based support provider delivering NDIS supports across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Independent Living Options (ILO), community participation, daily living support, transitional housing, and youth-focused programs.
 
The Role
 
You'll support participants to build independence, stay connected to community, and move through key life transitions with the right structure and care. This work can include supports in-home, in accommodation settings, and out in the community. 
 
What you'll be doing

• Support participants day to day (personal care, meal prep, domestic support, transport and appointments) 
• Help build independence and community engagement (activities, routines, skill-building) 
• Contribute to safe service delivery: notes, handovers, following plans and guidance
• Provide calm, consistent support for psychosocial disability and complex needs when required

Shift types

• Day, afternoon, active night, weekend, and sleepover shifts (depending on site and needs)

About you
You're reliable, steady under pressure, and genuinely care about helping people live the life they choose.
 
We're looking for people with

• 1+ years experience in disability, mental health, youth, or similar support environments (highly regarded) 
• Strong communication, judgement, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across the Sydney region as needed

Essential requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (current) 
• National Police Check (current) 
• Driver's licence and insured vehicle
• Working With Children Check (highly regarded)
