We're working with a busy, family-style Italian restaurant that's looking to add experienced, customer-focused wait staff to their front-of-house team as soon as possible.

The Role
As a member of the wait team, you will:

• Greet and seat guests, taking orders and managing tables professionally
• Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each service period
• Confidently explain menu items, specials and make basic recommendations
• Run food and drinks, clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Handle payments and basic POS operations
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen to keep service running smoothly

This role includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with evening availability essential.
 
What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant or busy café is strongly preferred
• Confident, clear communication and a warm manner with guests
• Ability to carry plates, trays and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic wine and beverage knowledge is a bonus
• Must have the right to work in Australia and relevant certificates (e.g. RSA if required)
