Project Sales Agent – Entry Level Opportunity Our client is a respected real estate group working across premium residential and commercial developments. With a strong reputation for quality and service, they’re looking to welcome a motivated Entry Level Project Sales Agent to join their team and grow with the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals who want to build a long-term career in property sales. You’ll be supported by industry professionals, learn how major development projects are brought to market, and play a key role in helping buyers secure their future home or investment.

What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Marketing Support

• Promote and present new project developments.
• Assist with sales events, open homes, and property tours.
• Learn how to research market trends and buyer demand.
• Work with the team to deliver marketing campaigns.

Client Interaction

• Engage with prospective buyers both online and in person.
• Answer enquiries, provide accurate information, and build trust.
• Support buyers through each step of the purchase journey.
• Keep clients updated on project milestones.

Negotiation & Compliance (Training Provided)

• Learn how to negotiate deals that support both the business and the buyer.
• Assist with contract preparation and document handling.
• Work alongside legal and finance teams during transactions.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain CRM records for enquiries and leads.
• Prepare basic reporting for management review.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow company processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for property, sales, or customer service.
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Professional presentation and strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Real Estate Certificate or COR (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Background (Not essential but helpful)

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Interest in real estate, construction, or property development.
