Position Summary:The Project Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the sales process for real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial project properties.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends.
- Organize and participate in sales presentations, open houses, and property tours.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any changes.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate sales agreements to achieve the best possible terms for the company and the client.

Reporting and Documentation:
