A respected care provider in Parramatta has partnered with us to source a dedicated Support Worker to join their team. This organisation is well-regarded for delivering person-centred support to individuals living with disabilities, and they are looking for someone who shares their passion for helping others live independently and with dignity.
The Role
The successful candidate will work directly with clients in their homes and within the community, providing daily living assistance, companionship, personal care (where required), and transport to appointments or recreational activities.
Key Duties

• Provide one-on-one support in line with individual care plans
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and community access
• Encourage independence through skill-building and engagement
• Maintain accurate reporting and communicate effectively with families and coordinators

Ideal Candidate

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar (or currently studying)
• Current First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
