We are seeking to appoint an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology function of a nationally recognised organisation, headquartered in Brisbane. This role presents a significant opportunity to shape the organisation's technology strategy and ensure its alignment with long-term business objectives.
The CTO will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of technology, from infrastructure and platforms to innovation and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the organisation's technology strategy in line with corporate priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across software, infrastructure, and digital capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of secure, scalable, and commercially viable technology solutions.
• Drive innovation by assessing emerging technologies and their potential impact on the business.
• Partner with the executive leadership team to ensure technology enables both operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks are maintained.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a CTO, CIO, or senior technology leadership role within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to build and scale technology functions in line with growth.
• Deep knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of aligning technology with business outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership capability with highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
