ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a full time, qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team and shall be responsible for managing Industrial Full Tilt. We are looking for someone who has a passion for building to the highest standards, delivering on time within budget and forming customer relationships.

Your role will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple sites concurrently. 
• Coordinating sub-contractors and trades.
• Managing Quality and WHS compliance.
• Developing and managing the project programmes.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our Subcontractors, Consultants and Client partners.
• Managing and coaching staff effectively, leading the site teams in achieving both project and individual goals. 

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in managing contractor and supplier relationships within the construction business.
• Be highly organised and proactive, have a strong work ethic.
• Be able to maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors and employees.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Computer literacy a must.
