About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Staffordshire area in their search for an experienced Manufacturing Manager.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and driving improvements across production. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting employees, and ensuring production schedules are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a production team to achieve business objectives.
Manage employee training, coaching, and ongoing development plans.
Handle absence management, timekeeping, and employee welfare matters.
Support and manage grievance and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.
Ensure PPE requirements, health and safety standards, and safe working practices are maintained.
Monitor production schedules and performance, ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing teams.
Knowledge of grievance, disciplinary, and absence management procedures.
Hands-on approach with the ability to support operational activities when required.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
