Hunters 4 Staff are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the finance team at the world-renowned JCB World Headquarters in Rocester.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with accounts, finance, administration or data processing experience who is looking to build their career within a globally recognised business. You'll join a friendly, supportive team and receive full training to help you succeed in the role.
 
The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing invoice queries and supporting the wider finance function.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and updating financial records
• Reviewing and validating invoice information
• Managing invoice-related queries and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Monitoring and organising a busy shared inbox
• Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within deadlines
• Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

 
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, Purchase Ledger or a similar role
• Strong data entry and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills and confidence using finance systems
• The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
