Projects Coordinator Trainee Location: Tean, Staffordshire - ST10
Pay: Starting around £27,000 per year
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a Projects Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced team responsible for delivering retail store projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organised individual who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making things happen. This role will be ideal for someone looking to develop a long term career with a leading shop fitting company.
You don't need experience to be successful in this role as you will be shadowing the current Project Coordinator for approx. 12 months to enable you to gain excellent experience and understanding of this key position.
We're looking for someone with drive, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and who would be happy to undertake a role with a 50/50 split of time at client sites nationally and office based.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate nationwide store projects, including new store openings, refurbishments and relocations.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers and store teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Organise and track deliveries, materials, fixtures, signage and equipment.
- Manage installation schedules and ensure projects stay on track.
- Visit stores and project sites to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Maintain project updates, budgets, schedules and completion records.
- Coordinate remedial works and maintenance requirements following project completion.
- Ensure health and safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times.

- A full UK driving licence would be essential due to site visits.
