The Opportunity
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious leisure and hospitality venue based in Rocester, Staffordshire. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the venue's food and drink offering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality background who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of restaurant, bar and hospitality services while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Food & Beverage Management team with the daily operation of restaurant and bar services.
Lead and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently achieved.
Assist with the induction, training and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures across food and beverage operations.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory control to ensure product availability.
Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene and COSHH requirements are followed at all times.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the venue.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food and beverage, restaurants, hotels or leisure venues.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role is based in Rocester, Staffordshire and may suit candidates from Uttoxeter, Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, Burton upon Trent, Ashbourne and surrounding areas. Candidates with experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Supervisor, Food & Beverage Team Leader, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Bar Supervisor are encouraged to apply.
