Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting experienced Welders to join the team at JCB's Backhoe facility in Rocester, Staffordshire. Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG welding to required quality standards
Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
Meet production targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Requirements
Previous welding experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
