Location: Rocester, Staffordshire Pay Rate: £29.33 per hour (following successful completion of initial training) Working Hours: 4 on 4 off Nights, 12-hour shifts

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our client, JCB, at their Rocester manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term night shift work with a market-leading employer and earn a highly competitive hourly rate after completing your initial training period.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
Read and work from engineering drawings and welding specifications
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times
Follow site procedures and production targets
Report any quality or equipment issues promptly
Requirements
Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to produce high-quality welds consistently
Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drugs and alcohol screening
