Inventory Controller / Warehouse Operative
Location: Marchington
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for an experienced Inventory Controller to join a busy warehouse operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate stock levels in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate stock management and inventory control processes across the warehouse.
Completing PI cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies, damages, and inventory queries.
Producing and maintaining accurate stock reports while ensuring data integrity across all inventory systems.
Meeting productivity and performance targets while working efficiently and accurately.
Following all Health & Safety, operational, site, and company procedures, reporting any issues to management.
Supporting the wider warehouse team through effective communication and the use of relevant IT systems.
What we're looking for
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
