Factory Cleaning Supervisor
Location: JCB Power Systems, Foston, DE65 5BX
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pay: £13.34 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00
Hunters 4 Staff are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Factory Cleaning Supervisor at JCB Power Systems in Foston.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the cleaning team during daily operations
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements
- Carry out quality checks and monitor cleaning performance
- Manage staff rotas, attendance and daily task allocation
- Report any maintenance, health and safety, or operational issues
- Assist with cleaning duties when required and lead by example on site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures and health and safety standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
