We are currently seeking applications from:
Apprentices currently undertaking a machining apprenticeship pathway.
Recent engineering graduates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to build a long-term career in precision engineering.
Time-served CNC Machinists with proven experience in CNC Milling machinery using Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.

The Role
As part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operating CNC milling machines.
Producing components to engineering drawings and specifications.
Conducting quality checks and inspections.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working effectively as part of a skilled manufacturing team.
Continually developing technical skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For Apprentices & Graduates
Currently enrolled on an engineering apprenticeship programme or recently graduated in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and commitment to developing a career in manufacturing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Experienced CNC Machinists
Time-served CNC Machinist.
Experience in CNC Milling.
Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.
Strong understanding of quality standards and machining practices.
Flexible approach to working shifts.
