Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Factory Workers to join the night shift team at Elkes Biscuits in Uttoxeter. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering regular hours, a consistent shift pattern, and the chance to secure a permanent role with a well-established local employer.
Whether you have previous factory experience or are looking for a fresh start, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Packing biscuits and food products ready for dispatch
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Working on production lines to meet daily targets
Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Working closely with colleagues to maintain efficient production
Requirements
Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
Able to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Previous factory, warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
