MIG Welders - Day Shift (4 on / 4 off) - Rocester
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 × 12‑hour shifts (7am-7am)

We are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our clients team in Rocester on a 4 on / 4 off day shift rotation, 4 x 12 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

MIG welding to high standards in a production/manufacturing environment
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled welding team

Requirements

Proven MIG welding experience
Ability to confidently read engineering drawings
Must be comfortable to attend a pre‑employment medical, including drugs and alcohol testing
Reliability and commitment to working a night shift pattern

Training

Initial training will be completed on basic days prior to moving onto the full night‑shift rotation.
