Production Administrator / Planner
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to bring in a Production Administrator / Planner. This is a key support role within the production team, ideal for someone who is organised, confident with spreadsheets and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
You'll be responsible for keeping a close eye on production activity, monitoring stock levels and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day production planning and schedules
- Monitoring stock levels and flagging shortages or issues
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and production data
- Liaising with internal teams around stock, production and priorities
- Assisting with general production administration and reporting
- Helping keep production running smoothly and on track
What we're looking for
- Strong admin skills with good attention to detail
- Confident using spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
- Reliable, organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
