Location: Uttoxeter Pay Rate: £13.90 per hour (Nights) Contract Type: Temporary to permanent Working Hours: Nights 10.00 pm - 7.00 am
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Process Operatives to join the team at Elkes Biscuit Factory in Uttoxeter. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a hands-on role in a busy food production environment. Full induction and training are provided, with immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out pre-start checks on mixers and complete all relevant HACCP and safety documentation.
Operate mixing equipment, ensuring ingredients are added accurately and recorded correctly.
Monitor production lines and moulding equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.
Change and clean moulding rollers using mechanical lifting equipment and approved cleaning methods.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene throughout the shift.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth production operations.
Requirements
Must be aged 18 or over.
Will be required to attend a pre employment medical
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential.
