Rocester (JCB World HQ) £28,200 per annum (£13.91 per hour) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (early finish Fridays) Long‑term cover - potential to go permanent
Hunters 4 Staff are supporting our client at JCB World HQ with a busy Accounts/Finance Assistant role. If you're confident with high‑volume data input and enjoy keeping things organised, this one will suit you well.
What you'll be doing
Processing and posting around 100 invoices per day onto the ledger
Logging invoice queries and diverting them back to the client for resolution
Managing a busy inbox (around 200 emails a day)
Ensuring all data is entered accurately and on time
What we're looking for
Previous experience in accounts, finance or high‑volume data entry
Confident using finance systems and working with numerical data
Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key
Good communication skills for dealing with invoice queries
Able to manage a busy workload and stay organised
