Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Gloucester who are looking for a reliable CNC Operator to join their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on the shop floor and wants a steady, long-term position.
What you'll be doing:
Operating CNC lathe or milling machines to produce parts to specification
Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
Monitoring machine performance and flagging any issues
Carrying out basic quality checks on finished components
Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we're looking for:
Previous experience operating CNC machines (lathe or milling experience preferred)
Basic understanding of engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and a practical mindset
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
