About the role
Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established engineering business to recruit an Electrical Panel Wireman in Burton-on-Trent. This is a hands-on role working on hydraulic powerpacks and related equipment within a small, supportive team. If you enjoy practical electrical work and take pride in doing things properly, this could be a good fit.
Key responsibilities
Install and wire electrical systems on hydraulic powerpacks and panels
Read and work from engineering and manufacturing drawings
Carry out testing and fault finding on finished units
Work to production timescales and support team targets
Assist with mechanical and hydraulic assembly when needed
Contribute to product quality and ongoing improvements
Requirements
Previous experience in panel wiring or electrical assembly
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Practical skills including wiring and crimping
Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
