Working Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift starting at 8:00am
About the Role
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy operation based in Long Lawford. This is a customer-facing role where communication and attention to detail really matter.
You'll be working closely with customers, couriers and the warehouse team, making sure everything runs smoothly. It's not just desk-based either—you'll be getting involved on the warehouse floor, so it suits someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear and professional updates
Liaise with couriers to book deliveries and collections
Complete all warehouse administration accurately and on time
Support stock control and ensure records are kept up to date
Assist with picking and packing when needed
Work closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse admin role, ideally within a 3PL environment
Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing work
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to get involved in hands-on warehouse duties
