Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established engineering business who specialise in high-spec fuel storage and refuelling systems for global customers. This is a hands-on role where you'll see your work through from fabrication to finished product, working as part of a skilled and supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
Fabricating and welding aluminium components (3-15mm), including pipework and vessels
Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Assembling complex structures using your own initiative
Supporting continuous improvement in production and workshop processes
Following health & safety best practices and contributing to a safe working environment
What we're looking for:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in aluminium welding and fabrication
Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

This role is easily commutable from Lancaster, Heysham, Carnforth, and surrounding areas. You may also have experience as a TIG Welder, MIG Welder, Fabricator or Skilled Metal Worker.
