Location: Long Lawford, Rugby (CV23) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract Type: Short-term contract (up to 12 weeks initially, with potential to go permanent) Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (start time 8:00am or 9:00am)
Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting a Contract Packer for a well-established client based in Long Lawford, Rugby. This is a practical, hands-on warehouse role, ideal for someone reliable who takes pride in doing the job properly.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking items from the warehouse to match order requirements
Packing products securely and accurately for distribution
Labelling packages correctly and checking orders before dispatch
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
Working safely and following quality standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous picking or packing experience preferred, but not essential
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
Reliable and punctual
Fluent in both Polish and English would be beneficial, as the on-site trainer is Polish-speaking
