At Hunters 4 Staff, we're working with a dynamic client to find a Sales Advisor who enjoys building relationships and seeing a sale through properly. This is a hands-on role where you'll look after existing customers, grow key accounts, and bring new business on board. It's fast-paced, varied, and ideal for someone who's confident on the phone and comfortable dealing with customers face to face.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Speak with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
Handle the full sales process from first contact through to delivery
Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
Proactively manage your sales pipeline and follow up opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C) is an advantage
Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
Full UK driving licence and own transport
