Temporary Admin Assistant - 9‑Week Contract Location: Cheadle ST10, Rural site (driving required)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (27th April - 26th June)
Hours: 26-39 per week, flexible across Monday to Friday
We're working with a friendly, rural-based business looking for a confident and reliable Admin Assistant to cover a planned 9‑week absence. If you're organised, good with people, and comfortable using Outlook, Word and Excel, this one will suit you well. Hours can be shaped around the right person.
What you'll be doing - Answering incoming calls and supporting the reception area
- Greeting and assisting visitors and suppliers
- General filing and day‑to‑day office admin
- Writing emails and supporting basic correspondence
- Sorting purchase invoices and helping the Accounts Assistant where needed
What you'll need - Confident using computers, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service approach
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C / Grade 4 or above
- Previous admin experience helpful, but training can be given for the right person
- Driving Licence
