Goods In Operative 
Pay Rate: £13.18 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 
Location: Uttoxeter
 
We are recruiting for a Goods In Operative to join our client to support, check and process inbound stock. We require a individual who is reliable, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries, following company procedures.
• Check stock against delivery notes and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Record quantities, damages and discrepancies using warehouse systems.
• Move goods to designated areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised Goods In area.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse staff.
• Assist wider warehouse operations when required.

Requirements

• Physically demanding role involving lifting, moving, and handling stock throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the shift.
• Ability to work safely within manual handling guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or Goods In experience preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when checking stock.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet early morning start times.
