Hunters 4 Staff are supporting an established engineering company in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a skilled Quality Manager. This is a hands-on role within a precision engineering environment, so you'll need solid inspection room experience and confidence working with CMMs using PCDMIS software. If you've led small teams and are comfortable running or supporting audits, you'll fit right in.
 
What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all quality control activities within the inspection room
• Operating and programming CMMs using PCDMIS
• Managing a small team and supporting their day-to-day workload
• Leading and supporting internal and external audits
• Ensuring all products meet customer and industry standards
• Driving continuous improvement across quality processes

What we're looking for

• Background in precision engineering
• Strong inspection experience, including CMM operation
• Confident using PCDMIS software
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Experience with audits (internal or external)
