Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm
We are hiring for a Warehouse Operative in Rugby to join our Client. We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative with FLT experience. It's a hands-on role where you'll be supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations and keeping things moving smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Moving stock around the warehouse using FLT (experience required)
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading vehicles
General warehouse duties including tidying and stock checks
Working safely and following site procedures
What we're looking for
Previous warehouse experience
FLT experience (beneficial)
Good attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-moving environment
Ideally a driver due to location of site
Reliable and happy to take on different tasks as needed
